Free on-line exhibition spaces will be offered to exhibitors before and after the exhibition. The service will be available for 2 years. Links can be set up with the exhibitors’ websites to facilitate the communication between exhibitors and potential users.

During the exhibition, a display hall of new products and new technology will also be arranged. The exhibitors can display free of charge their product brochures and the display space will be in proportion with their booth area. And meeting rooms will be available for exhibitors to meet with their customers.

An office for the intellectual property protection will be set up during the 9th BICES. In accordance with the relevant stipulations of <Method of Administration for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights at Exhibitions>, the assistance will be provided to exhibitors to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests and get rid of plagiary, fake, counterfeit and piracy so as to create a fair, relaxed and harmonious environment for exchanges and trade activities.

The organizers will prepare and print <Business Invitations> to facilitate exhibitors to invite their target customers to visit the exhibition. Exhibitors can fill in the company name, contact persons, booth number and other information in blank spaces on the invitation and send them along with the exhibition preview to your target customers. A ‘one-stop service’ will be provided for exhibitors including booth building, dismantling, exhibits transportation, lodge and board, traveling, on-site coordination, site security, conference rooms, media coverage and letters of invitation for overseas exhibitors.

During the exhibition, a special reception room will be reserved for professional visitor groups. The exhibition information will be provided free of charge and visitors will be guided through the exhibition by special guides as requested according to their pre-arranged requirements. At the same time other in-depth services will also be available.

Free shuttle bus services will connect the exhibition venue with several popular places in the urban area for the convenience of the visitors.
