First of all, on behalf of China Construction Machinery Association (hereinafter refer to as “Association”), I would like to express my gratitude to the guests who came to participate in the BICES 2021 Press Conference, and the following is an introduction to the industry development in recent years. China construction machinery industry, after 5 years of development downturn and rapid recovery and growth in 2017 and 2018, ushered in the stable development of 2019. As the Association's statistical summary of the industry achieved operating income of 668.1 billion yuan in 2019, an increase of 12% year-on-year, after deducting incommensurable factors, duplicate data and non-construction machinery industry operating income,

In the first half of 2020, despite the impact of the epidemic, but thanks to China's effective prevention and the resumption of work and production policy measures, sales from the second quarter of first half of 2020 month by month for the better, a comprehensive analysis of 1-7 months into Association statistics of excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, truck cranes, crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes, industrial vehicles, road rollers, pavers, lift work platform, aerial work truck these 12 kinds of machine products accumulated sales of 797,929 units, an increase of 18%, export 138,182 units, an increase of 3.46%, is a reasonable level. The industrial key contact enterprises January-July 2020 operating income totaled 235,614,560,000 yuan, an increase of 17.3%, sales in the first quarter was lower than expected, sales in the second quarter compensated for the sales in the first quarter fell short of expectations, the second quarter was better overall than the first, and sales in the first half of the year were trending low before high.

Looking forward to the whole year 2020, it is expected that the domestic construction machinery market demand will have a steady growth. Based on the current international coVID-19 situation and other judgments, this year's construction machinery exports will show greater pressure, maintaining growth will require greater efforts on it. 2021 construction machinery market demand will maintain steady development, market new and updated demand will play a joint role in it. BICES 2021 exhibition will also show more highlights and continue to be hot for the market. BICES will do a good job to present a gift to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, as well as to provide users with a high-value purchasing and communication platform.
