Recently, BICES organizing committee representatives of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade - Machinery Sub-Council (referred to as CCPIT-MSC), Deputy Secretary-General Gao Jun, Project Director Li Miao and Zhang Li'ang went to Chengdu, respectively visited the CCPIT Sichuan Province, Sichuan Business Development Association, CCPIT Chengdu City, Chengdu City Foreign Trade Development Association and other relevant units.

In the meeting with CCPIT Sichuan and Chengdu, Gao Jun introduced the development history of BICES and the preparation of this exhibition, and invited the CCPIT units to give strong support to the exhibition. The leaders and relevant personnel of CCPIT Sichuan Province and Chengdu city also introduced the development of Sichuan Province respectively. According to the characteristics of construction machinery industry in Sichuan Province, it was suggested that users and after-market related personnel could be organized to visit and communicate with BICES 2021, to understand the latest technology, products and work methods of the industry, to expand construction solutions, improve construction efficiency and professional technology level. Moreover, Gao Jun suggested that BICES 2021, the world's most influential and annual Asia-leading construction machinery industry event, should also be included in the subsidy program to reduce the participation cost of construction machinery manufacturers in Sichuan province.

Gao Jun and his team also communicated with Sichuan Business Development Association, Chengdu Foreign Trade Development Association and other relevant units on the organization of BICES exhibitors and visitors.
