CHINA CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY INDUSTRY AND MARKET USHERED IN A GOOD START IN THE FIRST YEAR OF "14TH FIVE-YEAR PLAN"
According to the latest speech by Mr. Su Zimeng, Chairman of China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) at BICES 2021 Media Symposium, China construction machinery industry has gained satisfied growth during "China National 13th Five-Year Plan", and the industry revenue has grown from 457 billion yuan at the end year of the "12th Five-Year Plan" (2015) to be more than 700 billion yuan by the end of "13th Five-Year Plan" 2020 with an average annual growth rate of 8.9%. China construction machinery market shew continuous encouraging growth at the beginning of "14th Five-Year Plan", total sales of 12 main kinds of construction equipment reached 207,497 units in the first two months of 2021 with a growth of 117% of year on year, of which 49,792 units were exported, increased by 69.1% year-on-year. The development strategies, target tasks, and key projects proposed in the outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the Vision 2035 will continue to enhance the demand and sales of construction machinery, especially for the various infrastructure development and construction, regional development plan, urban and rural construction and livelihood projects, etc., which is the key driving force for China's construction machinery market to maintain sustained growth in the future.

NON-ROAD MOBILE MACHINERY STAGE IV EMISSION STANDARD OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY SEMINAR SUCCESSFULLY HELD
By the end of 2020, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China officially approved and released "Technical Requirements for Pollutant Emission Control of Non-road Diesel Mobile Machinery (Requirement)" (hereinafter referred to as " Stage IV "), which will be officially come into force on December 1, 2022. In order to assist related members including engine manufacturers, equipment manufacturers and service suppliers to implement Stage IV smoothly , CCMA held a special seminar in Wuxi on March 18, 2021, with officials and experts from Ministry of Ecology and Environment, drafter of the Requirement and Testing Center to give an in-depth interpretation of the new requirement and regulations, and to discuss the technical requirements of the implementation of Stage IV in construction equipment industry. More than 400 representatives from nearly 300 main manufacturers of construction machinery, engines and related products and services attended the seminar. Moreover, BICES 2021 will set up special show area for Stage IV engine and equipment to continuously promote the implementation of Stage IV in the industry.
