On November 28, 2018, the 15th China Beijing International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machines and Mining Machines Exhibition & Seminar (BICES 2019) organizing committee held BICES 2019 Shanghai Networking Reception at Construction Machinery Industry Association booth of bauma China in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Chairman of China Construction Machinery Industry Association (CCMA), Mr. Qi Jun, Chairman of CCMA, Mr. Su Zimeng, Executive Vice Chairman and General-Secretary of CCMA, Mr. Lv Ying, Vice General-Secretary of CCMA and General Manager of China Construction Machinery Co., Ltd and reporters and guests from home and abroad more than 100 people attended the reception. The reception was hosted by Mr. Zhou Weidong, Vice Chairman of CCPIT-Machinery Sub-Council. Mr. Qi Jun delivered a speech on "China Construction Machinery Industry Situation and BICES 2019 Overall Thinking". Mr. Su Zimeng delivered a speech on "BICES 2019 Latest Progress and Current Key Works". Mr Lv Ying published a speech on "BICES 2019 Exhibition Area Setting and Service Guarantee Plan”.

Dear exhibitors and visitors, media friends，

Good afternoon! I am honored to meet you here.

Now, I will briefly introduce about the exhibition area and service guarantee plan for BICES2019.

For the exhibition area, the organizing committee fully responded to and accepted the opinions and suggestions of the exhibitors, users, government departments and friends from all walks of life, enriched and upgraded the original exhibition area setting, specially set up 12 special theme exhibition areas, accordingly perform visitor, buyer and government department invitation plan for each exhibition area. For saving time, please check CCMA or BICES ‘s official website for more detailed information. Today, I will focus on the following six points:

First, Special exhibition area for the development achievements of the 70th anniversary of the founding of China: The construction machinery industry has assumed important historical responsibility for the national economy construction and has grown with the development of the national economy. In the past 70 years since the founding of China, China's construction machinery industry has grown from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, now has become an important representative of China's equipment manufacturing industry strategy and service "One Belt, One Road" to carry out international capacity cooperation.

The special exhibition area focuses on displaying the whole industry chain and all-round development achievements of construction machinery researching, manufacturing, marketing and service system with pictures and videos mainly.

Second, the great power exhibition area: In recent years, major technical equipment and high-end products of China's construction machinery have emerged in endlessly, making an important contribution to the infrastructure construction of China even all over the world, showing the numerous achievements of China’s great power.

The theme exhibition area mainly displays new major technical equipment and high-end products of construction machinery, as well as shows its typical cases in major projects and application fields.

Third, the strong foundation and high-end components exhibition area: In view of the insufficient development of high-end components for construction machinery in the past, it has become a short-board problem for development of construction machinery. The relevant state departments have always attached great importance to it and adopted a number of measures to support the development of high-end components. Over the years, our association has organized and implemented the supporting parts research projects coordinating with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and so on. The majority of enterprises have also invested in the development of key supporting parts and achieved a lot of results. This theme exhibition area is a summary of the previous research projects, results display and application promotion, as well as providing basis, reference and projects reserve for the follow-up projects.

Fourth, the road maintenance machinery exhibition area: This area is recommended by users. The road maintenance machinery is mostly used in urban roads with a relatively high emission requirement. Most of the equipment in use now does not meet the current environmental protection requirements, urgent need to be updated and renovated. In order to facilitate the use of equipment updates, we have specially set up this exhibition area.

Fifth, the green development exhibition area: Including new technologies and products for energy conservation and emission reduction, complete machines and components meet environmental emission standards, and new post-processing technologies and devices.

Sixth, the intelligentize exhibition area: Including intelligent construction machinery, intelligent technology, intelligent functional components, industrial Internet technologies and systems, as well as including intelligent manufacturing solutions, robots, manufacturing process equipment and other systems, equipment, components and technologies for intelligent manufacturing.

I won't go into too much details here about more other special exhibition areas.

In short, the settings of each exhibition area are highly targeted, and I believe that we will give visitors a wonderful experience and solutions they need.

For the service guarantee, the exhibition will provide exhibitors and visitors with a more convenient, comfortable and productive experience and effect. On the basis of previous successful experiences, we will further enrich and enhance the exhibition service guarantee plan, improve the service level through the preferred service providers and efficient service plan, such like implement more standardized implementation in the exhibition area setting, visit guidance, hall safety, transportation logistics, catering services, etc.
